Alkali Clean

DESCRIPTION

Marketing Chemicals Alkali Clean is a highly built liquid detergent formulated to effectively clean animal, vegetable fats and oils.

This product is a very effective cleaner for the removal of oils and inorganic soils from concrete, metal and other washable surfaces.

The product is also recommended for use in steam cleaning equipment.

APPLICATIONS

Steam cleaning detergent, concrete cleaning, hot tank soak cleaning, automatic degreasing and cleaning.

DIRECTIONS

Manual Cleaning, Concrete Cleaning and Automotive Cleaning:

Dilute ½ litre of Alkali Clean to 5 litres of hot water. Thoroughly wet the area to be cleaned with the diluted Alkali Clean and brush in thoroughly with a stiff broom. Rinse off with a jet of water or mop with copious quantities of water.

Steam Cleaning Detergent:

A) With detergent tank. Light Duty - 1 ltr Alkali Clean to 80 ltrs of water
Heavy Duty - 1 ltr of Alkali Clean to 40 ltrs of water

B) Without detergent tank: Light Duty - 1 ltr Alkali Clean to every 400 ltrs of water supplying machine.
Heavy Duty - 1 ltr of Alkali Clean to every 200 ltrs of water supplying machine

Hot Tank Soak Cleaning:

Operate at a 10-20% strength by volume at 80-100 degrees Celsius in a mild steel tank. Immerse articles, periodically inspect and when cleaned rinse off with water.
