IMMERSION STRIP-IT

DESCRIPTION

Marketing Chemicals Immersion Strip-It is an extremely heavy duty non flammable liquid paint stripper designed for use in a dip bath operation.
The product is formulated to give efficient stripping of modern organic coatings including most baked or powder coatings.

APPLICATIONS

Removal of paint, epoxy, powder coating and other tenacious coating from steel articles.

DIRECTIONS

Fill mild steel tank with Immersion Strip-It.
Add a water seal of not more than 25% of bath volume to stop solvent evaporation.
Do not immerse articles for longer than 4 hours, periodically checking for degree of stripping.
When stripping is complete, take the articles out slowly, allow to drain over the tank and hose off with a strong jet of water.
Follow up by paint pre-treatment and/or painting system.
