CARBON OFF

 

DESCRIPTION

 

Marketing Chemicals Carbon-Off is an extremely heavy duty, non-flammable, cold soak, diphase immersion cleaner formulated to effectively remove grease, baked on oil, varnish, paint and carbon deposits from machinery and automotive components. A water seal is required to minimise solvent evaporation and drag out.

APPLICATIONS:

 

Automotive engines and parts (including alloys and heads]. Radiators and oil coolers. Diesel engines, fuel pumps and injectors. Stripping of spray pots and stencils. Metal cleaning. Carburetors. Automatic Transmissions.

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

Fill tank to the appropriate level you require of Carbon-Off and then fill a water layer on top being not more than 20% of volume of tank. Place parts to be cleaned in a basket and immerse completely in the lower layer solution. Allow the parts to soak, checking periodically during the cleaning. Remove items slowly to prevent drag-loss. Rinse thoroughly with a strong jet of water after the article has been taken out of the tank. To improve the working life3 and condition of Carbon-Off, it is important to remove the sludge from the bottom of the tank periodically.
