MOSS KILL
DESCRIPTION
Marketing Chemicals Ltd. Moss Kill is a slow acting formulation, designed for the efficient killing of Moss, Mould & Lichen. When applied at recommended dilutions, this product penetrates spores over a period of 3 to 4 hours. This penetration results in the gradual withering & dying of the Moss or Lichen, & provides long acting protection from re-growth. The infestation will naturally weather off over a period of four to six weeks.
PROPERTIES
Appearance: Clear Liquid
Hazards: Class 8 Corrosive Liquid
Active Ingredients: Quaternary Ammonium Chloride 50% & Wetting Agents
DIRECTIONS
Dilute Moss Kill with water 5- 10 parts (light to heavy growth)
Spray with manual or mechanical applicator.
Under optimum conditions, Moss Kill will penetrate spores in 3-4 hours.
Do not apply unless weather conditions allow this penetration time.
Allow to weather off naturally
At this dilution, coverage will be 2 litres per 5m2 on non-porous surfaces, reducing to 2 litres per 3m2 on porous surfaces.
CAUTION: If potable water is collected from roof, downpipes must be disconnected for at least two weeks during treatment. Roof can be water blasted before re-connection.
