O T RED ANTI FREEZE
DESCRIPTION:
O T Red Anti Freeze is a universal ethylene glycol based anti freeze coolant utilising new long life silicate - free organic technology in place of depleting inhibitor systems. The product is nitrate, nitrite, borate, phosphate and amine free and is dyed a red colour for ready identification. The product protects against cylinder liner cavitation in diesel vehicles and high temperature protection of aluminium alloys.
APPLICATIONS:
The organic technology in O T Red is used in both aluminium alloy petrol powered automotive engines and heavy duty diesel and natural gas engines including Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel and Mack. Provided the correct mixture is maintained, flush and change passenger cars and light duty commercial vehicle cooling system contents every three years or 150,000 kilometres.
The recommended maximum service interval without precharging or recharging is 500.000 kilometres (or four years) for on highway diesel truck and bus engines and 6,000 hours (or four years) for off road equipment and commercial engine applications.
For continuous operation product changeout may be extended to 12,000 hours (or four years) whichever comes first.
DIRECTIONS :
Dilute with water.
Normal Duty 50% concentrate.
O T Red Antifreeze is silicate free and the product can be stored for eight years with no problem. Always dispose of the used coolant in accordance with local authorities.
